Long Term Training Programmes

Doctoral Programme : Ph.D. in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology

University - MUHS, Nashik

Center(s) - Mumbai

No. of Seats : As per MUHS norms

Duration : 4 years

Fee : Rs.7,200/- p.a. for general category and Rs. 3,600/- p.a. for S.C/S.T students shall be payable to the Institute. Payment to MUHS shall be separate as per University requirements.

Stipend : Full time research scholars pursuing Ph.D. shall be eligible for a stipend of Rs. 8,000/- p.m. for the first two years and Rs.9000/- p.m in the third year.

Eligibility for admission : PG degree in the subject of allied health sciences/health sciences. (essential)

Other criteria for admission :

Eligibility : As per MUHS, Nashik. Direction No. 01/2007 (procedure for governing award of Ph.D. Degree).

The admission will be based on a written test of 100 marks in the month of July at MUHS, Nashik. The University will publish a notification in the month of May/June every year in the University website along with two national news papers.

Master of Science (Audiology & Speech- Language Pathology) [M.Sc.(ASLP)] Osmania University Secunderabad 15 2 years i) Bachelor in Audiology & Speech- Language Pathology or any equivalent degree recognized by the respective University and RCI (including Internship)
ii) Internship mandatory post May/June, 2001.
iii) 50% marks for general category/OBC and 40% for SC/ST
iv) Semester system is followed
